Job Posting — Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an organized, attentive person to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role is focused on guidance and customer service — this is not a sales position.

Contract type: Remote / work from home

Your Responsibilities

  • Schedule customer appointments and manage the calendar
  • Guide customers throughout their journey and answer their questions
  • Handle registrations and ensure every file is complete
  • Provide attentive, personalized follow-up for each customer
  • Communicate with courtesy, patience, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in customer relations / customer support (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fluent Moroccan Arabic (Darija) is a strongly valued asset, particularly to support our customers in Morocco
  • Good in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing files
  • Reliable and self-sufficient in a remote work environment
  • Good internet connection and equipment suited to remote work (computer, headset, etc.)
