It is union here, but you must make it 120 days before the Union provides you any assistance. The money is awesome and they throw plenty of product and money at you. PPE is abundant... but watch yourself because even the most minor misstep could mean the end of your career.
Good company; great place to start a career. The work hours were long and my co workers seemed to work long hours to be seen working long hours rather than always needing to.
Good Pay; Promote from Within Culture

Bonitas instalaciones, promociones.
seguro medico privado, convivencias familiar.
Overall the atmosphere is very strict and uptight. A lot of people walk around with their nose up if they have been there for awhile. The coming comes up with impulsive changes to procedures everyday. You have to be willing to adapt at all times.
Off every major holiday.
Atmosphere is like a good ole boys club at times.
I was given the chance to advance and it went well, until I advanced to management and then I found out people will ruin your career to get ahead. If you have a manager who doesn't like you then you will not survive.
Great pay, retirement
Cut throat managment
As a large corporation, P&G offers many career path options with advancement opportunities. You will learn on the job, be challenged, and grow skills ever day.
work / life balance
Great place place for anyone who wants a retirement plan for life. If you work hard its easy work but long hrs pay great
Love it .. everyone is a dream I guess you can say that I was happy in the job and everything was going well. I would tell anyone to go for it you would not be disappointed
Heavy on personal and career development training programs. Employee activities abound that develop teamwork and productivity. Family and work balance is always center.
Better salary and career development
Work-life balanceWork life balance is not there. Expectations to work all the time to keep projects on track.Pay & benefitsPay and benefits are good, and people are great to work with.
If you do not care about your health, your family, or your career, this is the place for you. Healthy - most unhealthy environment I have ever worked - DUST everywhere. Never given a chance to vacuum it up because you have to get the line going to produce. Also, the lines are so short staffed there is never enough time to clean up anyway because you are running around like a chicken with your head cut off just to keep up. Family - forget it. The schedule is terrible and then when you do get some rest - BANG - you are mandated for overtime. Career - Joke. If your Team Leader doesn't like you or you are not in "the click" forget it. The progression is a joke and the amount of things you need to do to "step up" is not human and probably done intentionally to save money. Also, the old timers don't want to teach you anything because they are afraid of losing their jobs, the management lies and says they are going to help you and then they never do. Oh and best part about it is, they care "FIRE" you at anytime for any reason (and that reason could be if they don't like you, they purposely have people look for you to do things wrong, even though they do them all the time (LOCKS OFF) It's a joke - stay away from it.
Can't think of any
I'm not very fulfilled at my job with P&G, the people are smart, yes, but P&G runs like an outdated retail dinosaur with a self proclaimed innovative, entrepreneurial spirit that is in no way seen anywhere else except in lies. Coming from SF, I was initially very impressed with their initiatives, but innovation is hard to come by and I'm not growing at all. My manager sucks, expects higher than normal expectations, pays me less than the amount of work and hours I put in in order to manage the perceptions of her to my director, and everyone's generally very monotonous in terms of having a distinct Cincy is great, we love Ohio culture. Not international at all, but very Middle America.
stock options, mentoring, coaching
uninspiring team, vague and unclear manager/director expectations
