### Job Specification: Outbound Sales Advisor

**Location:** Office-based, Agadir, Morocco

**Salary:** 5,000 to 8,500 Dhs per month (depending on experience)

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Advisor to handle speak with clients who have applied for a loan. The role involves advising clients on our debt management services, as well as other related products and services. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle outbound calls to loan applicants.

- Provide clear and concise advice on debt management services.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and services provided.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a related industry.

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
