Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Location: Marrakech, Morocco

Language Requirements: Fluent English (written and spoken)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our growing team in Marrakech. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Beni for our clients — delivering thoughtful, timely updates and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and beautifully crafted products.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes genuine pride in helping customers feel cared for and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
  • Provide regular, accurate status updates on made-to-order rugs and home goods
  • Coordinate with our production and logistics teams to gather the most up-to-date information
  • Log and track all customer communications in our systems to ensure seamless follow-up
  • Make occasional customer calls when needed to clarify issues or provide a more personal touch
  • Assist in improving internal documentation, FAQ resources, and email templates
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams as needed to answer client questions

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (this is essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm, positive presence and a genuine love for helping people
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets
  • Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools like Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Spoken French or Moroccan Arabic (Darija)
  • Experience working in a design, luxury, or craft-focused brand

Working Hours & Location:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • This role is in-office
