Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  Provide a high level of service to customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and providing product recommendations that best fit their needs.

• Sales and Product Knowledge:
  Actively sell and promote IKEA products by understanding customer needs and offering relevant solutions. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and in-store events.

• Store Presentation:
  Ensure that the sales floor is organized and visually appealing, aligning with IKEA’s standards for product displays and merchandising.

• Inventory Management:
  Assist in stock management by restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring that inventory is always available and in good condition.

• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with team members across departments to ensure smooth store operations, effective problem solving, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Problem Resolution:
  Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that they leave the store satisfied with their experience.

• Operational Support:
  Assist with cash handling, order processing, and other operational duties as required, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• 
  Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or related fields is a plus.

• Skills and Competencies:

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong commitment to customer service excellence and ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and retain product information to assist customers effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic, French, and/or English.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
